Copyright & Content Removal Policy (DMCA)

ClipHall respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of the platform to do the same.
If you believe that content available on ClipHall infringes your copyright or other rights, you may submit a request to have that content removed.
1. User Responsibility
Users are responsible for ensuring that any content they submit, upload, or link to:
- Does not infringe on copyrights, trademarks, or other rights
- Is shared with proper authorization or falls under fair use where applicable
ClipHall does not actively monitor all user-submitted content but will take action when notified of potential violations.
2. Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you are a copyright owner (or authorized to act on behalf of one), you can submit a removal request.
Your request must include:
- Your full name and contact information
- Identification of the copyrighted work being infringed
- The exact URL(s) of the content on ClipHall
- A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorized
- A statement that the information provided is accurate
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you are the rightful owner or authorized to act on their behalf

4. What Happens After a Request
Upon receiving a valid request, ClipHall may:
- Remove or disable access to the content
- Notify the user who submitted the content
- Review the account for repeated violations
We reserve the right to act at our discretion and may remove content without prior notice.
5. Repeat Infringers
Accounts that repeatedly violate copyright rules may be:
- Suspended
- Permanently banned
6. Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification including:
- Your contact information
- Identification of the removed content
- A statement explaining why the removal was incorrect
- A statement consenting to legal jurisdiction
ClipHall may restore content at its discretion.
7. Third-Party Content
ClipHall may display or embed content from third-party platforms (such as YouTube or TikTok).
In such cases:
- Removal requests may need to be directed to the original platform
- ClipHall is not responsible for content hosted externally
8. Limitation of Liability
ClipHall is a user-driven platform and is not liable for:
- Content submitted by users
- Third-party hosted content
- Any damages resulting from alleged infringement

We may update this policy at any time. Continued use of ClipHall means you accept any changes.
